Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Sunday, September 29, 1928
Miss Addie Wallace died at her residence in Washington, D.C., Thursday morning 
at 4:30 o’clock. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. H.D. Wallace; two 
sisters, Miss Ida V. Wallaces and Mrs. Carrie Dozier, all of Washington, and 
two brothers, J.S. Wallace of Norfolk, and W.E. Wallace of Suffolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, corner 
of Granby and Twenty-Ninth Streets, this afternoon, at 3:30 o’clock, the Rev. 
J.T. Riddick pastor of Baptist Tabernacle, officiating. Burial will be in 
Cedar Grove Cemetery.
