Virginian Pilot July 10, 1993

Katharine Corbin Waller, 94, of the 200 block of 55th St., died July 8, 1993, in 
a Norfolk hospital.
The fourth daughter of the late Corbin and Fanny Byrd Marshall Waller, an old 
Norfolk family, Miss Waller was retired from The Old Norfolk and Southern 
Railway Co. after 40 years of service. Miss Waller was a native of Norfolk and a 
graduate of Leachwood Seminary in Norfolk. She was a member of Christ & St. 
Luke's Episcopal Church in Norfolk.
Survivors include two sisters, Sally Tazewell Luce of Pasadena, Calif., and 
Fanny Waller Parker of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Elmwood Cemetery, 
Norfolk, by Rev. Irwin M. Lewis. Memorial donations may be made to the Cot fund 
of Christ & St. Luke's Episcopal Church Norfolk. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 
Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
