Virginian-Pilot February 28, 1939
WALSH, WILLIAM J. – At a local hospital, Saturday, February 25, 1939, at 5:05 
o’clock p.m., WILLIAM J., husband of Mrs. Mary King Walsh and son of the late 
William and Mrs. Catherine Murphy Walsh, in the 57th year of his age. Remains will 
be taken from the residence, No. 740 East Twenty-seventh street, to St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church for services TUESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Friends of the family 
are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
