December 7 1914 Virginian Pilot
The funeral of Mrs. Annie E. Walters was held from the residence in Clarendon 
Apartments yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock, the services being conducted by 
Rev. G. C. Kelly, of Ghent M. E. Church and Rev. D. W. Howard of St. Luke’s 
Episcopal Church. During the services Mrs. Fryer sang “Lead Kindly Light”. 
Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery.  The pallbearers were D.L. D. Hardy, 
G.H. Wilkins, Schuyler Matthews, C. Preston Denby and Frank S. Hancock.
