Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Walton, aged resident and widow of the late
Washington Walton, who died Sunday, Sept. 25, at her home, 2223 Green street, at
the Church of God in Christ, Norfolk, with the pastor, the Rev. D. L. Williams,
officiating. Interment took place in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk.

Mrs. Walton is survived by three sons, Howard Lewter, of Portsmouth; Nelson
Lewter of Ahoskie, NC, and Joseph Walton of Rosboro, NC and other relatives and
friends. The Wheeler funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
