Norfolk - Mrs. Netter W. Walton of 912 Merrimac avenue, the wife of Hillary
Walton Jr., died in a hospital after a short illness.  A native of Washington
NC, she was a daughter of the late John and Mrs. Mary Ella Brady.

She was a member of Usher Board at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.

Besides her husband, surviving are a stepson, Hillary Walton III, and a
stepdaughter, Mrs. Delores Holley, both of Jersey City, NJ;  eight
grandchildren;  and three great- grandchildren.

Services were conducted in Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church by the Rev. F. P. Wise
with burial in 
Calvary Cemetery.  Graves Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
