Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, July 19, 1998 
Betty Ann Walton of the 9500 block of 20th Bay St. died July 16, 1998, in a
local hospital. She was a native of Opelika, Ala.

Survivors include her two sons, Charles Walton of Silver Spring, Md., and Robert
L. Walton of Texas; three sisters, Bernice Wells and Annie P. Brown, both of
Norfolk, and Annie Louise Walton of Louisville, Ky.; two brothers, Robert L.
Walton of Phoenix City, Ala.,and Sonny L. Walton of Columbus, Ga.; five
grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends, including a very
special friend, Miss Cleo.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Zion Light Church of Christ by
the Rev. Larry Cooper. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Family and friends
will assemble at 1732 Berkley Ave. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
