Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark January 28, 1918

Marjorie Ina Ward, 3 years, 7 months and 17 days, died at a local hospital, 
January 27th at 12:30 o'clock after an illness of two days.  She was the daughter 
of Mr. C.W. and Mrs. Orphia Griffin Ward, of 308 Lee street.  The funeral took 
place at 5 o'clock at Riverside Cemetery and was conducted by Rev. J.E. Batten of 
Memorial M.E. Church.
