Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark Wednesday September 19, 1923

Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Warren - aged 66 years, widow of John J. Warren, for many 
years a well-known resident of Norfolk, died yesterday morning at Asheville, 
N.C., where she had been for six weeks.
The body will arrive this morning over the Southern Railway.  She is survived by 
the following children: John J. Warren of Toledo, Ohio; Claud E. Warren of 
Washington, D.C.; Melzar D. Warren of Trenton, N.J.; Lingan A. Warren of 
Jacksonville, Fla.; Ralph A. Warren, Asheville, N.C. and Miss Kate E. Warren of 
Norfolk.
The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the funeral home 
of J.R. Williams, 13 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk, and burial will be in 
Magnolia Cemetery.

WARREN - At Asheville, N.C., Monday morning, September 17th, 1923, MRS. SARAH 
ELIZABETH WARREN, of Norfolk, Va., aged 66 years, widow of John J. Warren.
The body will arrive here from Asheville via the Southern Railway this 
(Wednesday) morning at 9:40 o'clock and will be taken to the funeral home of 
J.R. Williams, 13 Chesapeake Avenue, South Norfolk.  Time of funeral and burial 
will be THURSDAY AFTERNOON, at 3 o'clock, from the above address and the burial 
will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
