Funeral services for Miss Emma Warren were conducted Feb. 8 at the Mt. Zion 
Baptist Church by the Rev. R. T. Adams.

Miss Warren died at her residence, 818 Joyce street, at the age of 49, Feb. 3.

She was a native of Norfolk and is survived by her parents, William and Mrs. Mary 
Warren; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Pittman; Mrs. Clara Haskins and Mrs. Lucy 
Whitney; one brother, Eddie Warren; several aunts, nieces and other relatives.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Pretlow’s Funeral Home in charge.
