The Virginian-Pilot, Saturday, September 2, 1972

NORFOLK - Mrs. Mildred M. Washington of 1005 Albert Ave. died Thursday in a 
hospital.

A native of Norfolk, she was a daughter of Willie and Mrs. Georgia Manley and 
the wife of Paul Washington.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, Curtis Washington and Tyrone 
Washington of Norfolk and James T. Manley of Camden, N.J.; a daughter, Miss 
Cloatie Washington of Norfolk; and four grandchildren.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.

Additional Comments:
NORFOLK - A funeral service for Mrs. Mildred M. Washington will be held Tuesday 
at 2 p.m. in the Church of God in Christ by Elder Herman Clark. Burial will be 
in Calvary Cemetery. Hale Funeral Home has charge.
