Norfolk - Roscoe Waters of 2834 Virginia Beach boulevard died in a hospital 
after a short illness.

A native of Wilson, NC, he was a son of the late Henry and Mrs. Harriett Waters 
and the husband of the late Mrs. Bessie Waters.

He was retired from Atlantic Coast Line Railroad.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Maybelle Wilson of Norfolk.

Graves Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
