Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, August 16, 2003 
Mary A. Watson, 95, formerly of the 3600 block of County St., died Aug. 12, 2003.

A native of Ahoskie, N.C., she was the widow of William Watson and a former
member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, Norfolk.

Survivors include nieces, Eva Cherry, Florence Clarke, Mary Cherry and Wilma
Bazemore, all of Windsor, N.C., Faye Lee of Asheville, N.C., Bessie Colvin of
Portsmouth, Barbara Howell and Tawana Harper, both of Washington, D.C.; nephews,
Lenwood Bazemore of Portsmouth, William Bazemore of Ahoskie and George Bazemore
of Portsmouth; and other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held Monday at noon in the chapel of Fisher Funeral Home by
the Rev. Robert Addison. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. Viewing
will be Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Family will be at 2411 Piedmont Ave. and will
assemble there for the funeral.
