Watt, 86, son of Joseph and Mrs. Mary Stevens Watt, died Wednesday at 12:30 a.m., at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Kecoughtan. Mr. Watt, retired marine engineer, a native of Lambertville, N.J. had been a resident of Norfolk for 60 years. He was a veteran of World War I, and a member of Post 36 American Legion. Surviving are one daughter Miss Ellen F. Watt of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Gennie W. Sergent of Trenton, N.J., and Mrs. Mary W. Trimmer of Miami, Fla., and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Friday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Beverley Tucker White, rector of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
