Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, January 31, 1991 
Gary Watts of the 3000 block of Kimball Terrace, a retired warehouseman, died
Jan. 28, 1991, in a hospital.

Mr. Watts, a native of Chesterfield, S.C., had retired from Little Creek Naval
Amphibious Base after 14 years. He was the widower of Lillie Mae Watts and a
Baptist.

Survivors include two daughters, Mae Wilson and Maggie Harris, both of Norfolk;
three sons, Andrew Watts of New York City and Leroy Watts and Larry Watts, both
of Norfolk; three sisters, Zalina Fountain, Lillie M. Williams and Rosa L.
Watson, all of New York; two brothers, Fred Watson and L. Lee Watts, both of
Philadelphia; 28 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Hale Funeral Home by the Rev.
J.L. Kearney Sr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at 3025 Kimball Terrace.
