NORFOLK - Eugene F. Watts died in his sleep of heart failure at his sister's (Jean 
Whidbee) home in Greensboro, N.C., at the tender age of 68.

He is survived by two brothers, Clarence A. Watts Sr. (Sarah) and John B. Watts 
(Glenda); three sisters, Jean Whidbee, Ann King (Hamilton) and Angela B. Leary.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held Wednesday at noon by the Rev. Ernest 
Bulinda at Basilica of St. Mary's of the Immaculate Conception. Riddick Funeral 
Service is in charge of arrangements.
