Mrs. Watts was born in Princess Anne County and was the widow of Vernon Linwood Watts. She was a housewife. She was a member of The Herald of His Coming COGIC, Norfolk, and was a Church Mother. Survivors include one daughter, Betty Jean Williams of Norfolk; one sister, Laura Jane White of Petersburg, Va.; one brother, Clinton White of Norfolk; one grandchild, Michael Linwood Watts of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, June 14, 1995, at 1 p.m. by Elder Ronald Sewell Sr. in Herald of His Coming, COGIC, Norfolk. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The remains will be ready for viewing today at 3 p.m. The family will assemble at Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel for the processional at noon.
