He was living alone and the circumstances surrounding his death had not been learned late last night. A coroner's jury is investigating the case. Its verdict has been deferred until a later session. The body was removed to the funeral establishment of J.R. Williams, 13 Chesapeake avenue, South Norfolk An effort was made yesterday to get in touch with relatives in other cities. ********************************************************************* George Weatherington, drowned in the Southern Branch Monday morning, was buried yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock in Magnolia Cemetery. The Rev. E. Clyde Sawyer, pastor of the South Norfolk Baptist Church, conducted the funeral services at the grave.
