Mr. Weaver, a native of Lancaster, Pa., and for more than 20 years a resident of Norfolk, until recently, was owner of the Davis-Wagner Business College. He resided at 378 Hamilton avenue at the time of his death. He was a member of Ruth Lodge No. 89, A.F. & A.M. and of Freemason Street Baptist Church. Besides his wife, Mrs. Fanny Ackiss Capps Weaver, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. May Weaver Maurer, of Boonesboro, Md.; two brothers, Ira and Frank Weaver, of Lancaster, Pa. Remains will be taken from H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments 610-12 East Freemason street, to Freemason Street Baptist Church for services tomorrow at 12 o'clock noon, with the pastor, the Rev. Sparks W. Melton, D.D. officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
