NORFOLK - Lucy C. Webb, of the 900 block of Indian River Road, a retired church 
organist, died February 15, 1990.

Mrs. Webb, a native of South Norfolk, had retired from First Trinity A.M.E. 
Church after 55 years.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Joseph A. Webb; two daughters, Josephine W. 
Linyear of Chesapeake and Laura W. Smith of Temple Hills, Md.; a son, Walter C. 
Webb of Upper Marlboro, Md.; and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in First Trinity A.M.E. Church by 
the Rev. L.R. Daughtry. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may join the 
family at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 11:45 a.m. 
today. Chatman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
