He is survived by his daughter, Miss Margaret Rhodes Webb, and two sons, James Rudolph and Robert Watson Webb, Jr. Mr. Webb was a member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church and was the last member of the guild that formed St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. During the Civil War he served as a member of the North Carolina 32nd Regiment and was a member of the Pickett-Buchanan Camp, Confederate Veterans. Mr. Webb was the oldest druggist in Norfolk and one of the oldest in the State. He had not been active in business for the last 15 years. Funeral service will be announced. The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Thursday May 12, 1927 Robert Watson Webb, Sr. - Funeral services for Mr. Webb will be conducted at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church this afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. Norman, rector of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Friday May 13, 1927 Funerals Robert Watson Webb, Sr. –Funeral services for Mr. Webb were conducted yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, the Rev. Norman E. Taylor, rector of the church, officiating. Pallbearers were J. Edward Cole, C. S. Whitehurst, J. P. Nimmo, J. H. Cooper, C. Lee Dudley, Robert Atkinson, C. B. White and John Cole. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
