Virginian Pilot January 16, 1991

Ellen Sibley Webber, 75, of Maple Hill Farms, died Jan. 14, 1991, in Rocky 
Mount, N.C.
Mrs. Webber, a native of Mathews, Va., was the widow of William Slade Webber Jr.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy W. Allen of Rocky Mount; a son, William S. 
Webber III of Ashland; a sister, Mary S. Bott of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Elmwood Cemetery, 
Norfolk, by the Rev. George Simmons. Friends may join the family at the home of 
Ellen W. Sumpter, 4040 Oceanfront Ave., Apt. 710, Virginia Beach. H.D. Oliver 
Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to Stoney Creek Rescue Squad, Rocky Mount, N.C.
