Webster, 6 Dresden Apartments, Redgate and Colley avenues, yesterday morning at 12:30 o'clock. She was the widow of Dr. John N. Webster, and daughter of the late Capt. Lewis M. and Mrs. Isabella Stoakes Hudgins, a native of Mathews County and a resident of Norfolk for the past 60 years. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church and had been very active in church and charitable circles. She was one of the pioneers in King's Daughters' work in Virginia. In 1887 she organized the "In As Much Circle", one of the first to be organized in Norfolk and was its leader for many years. Mrs. Webster is survived by two sons, Dr. Edgar B. and Dr. Harold B. Webster; one sister, Mrs. R.M. Chandler, and two grandchildren, all of Norfolk. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home of E. Lee Cox & Bro., 631 Westover avenue, Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Thomas A. Smoot, pastor of Epworth Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery.
