Norfolk Journal and Guide,Mar 5,1938
James Wells, 40, formerly of Norfolk but who for the past few years had been 
living in Fairmount Heights, MD, died at his home there on February 10. Funeral 
services were held at Hale’s Chapel with the Rev. F. W. Williams of Central 
Baptist Church officiating. Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.
