Norfolk - Mrs. Hattie West of 767 Avenue C died Sunday in her home.

A native of Princess Anne County, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mrs.
Alice Owens.

She was a member of National Baptist Church and Entre-Nous Social and Savings Club.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Medora Wilson of Tampa FL; a granddaughter, Mrs.
Sarah Ruffin of New York; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in Hale Funeral Chapel by
the Rev. George O. Hicks. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
