Mrs. Susie West - New York 

Mrs. Susie West of 286 W. 127th St., the widow of Archie Lee West, a native 
of Princess Anne County, died Monday in a hospital after a short illness.

She was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, Virginia Beach.

Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Lewis and Mrs. Florence Morris, 
both of New York, and Mrs. Beulah Denson of Virginia Beach;  a brother, 
Clarence Cherry of Seattle WA;  and five grandchildren.

A funeral was held Sunday, June 26 in the Hale Funeral Home Chapel by the 
Rev. J. L. Kearney.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.
