Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - October 11, 1992

Kevin "Basheem Infinite" West, of the 400 block of York St., died Oct. 4, 
1992, in a hospital.
Mr. West was born in New York. He was a freedom fighter with the Liberation 
of Black People and a member of the 5% Nation of Islam.
Survivors include a daughter, Jamillah Gary, and a son, Tislam Gary, both of 
Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral 
Home by Brother Habeeb Majeed. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Viewing 
will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Family and friends will assemble at the 
funeral home at 10:45 a.m. Monday.
