She is survived by her stepmother, Mrs. Margaret Hardy West; a stepbrother, W. Paul Ballance, both of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. A.W. Christie, of New York City; two nieces, Mrs. Mildred Emanuelson, of Norfolk, and Mrs. Paul Tracey, of San Francisco, Calif., and a nephew, Parker West, of New Jersey. Miss West was a lifelong resident of Norfolk and had been in the employ of the Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company for 40 years. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
