Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Thursday, October 15, 1992 
Joan Love Westbrook, of the 7400 block of Rosefield Drive, a food service
worker, died Oct. 13, 1992, in her home.

Mrs. Westbrook was born in Norfolk. She was employed with the Norfolk Public
School system. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and its Usher Board.

Survivors include a daughter, Stacey Mitchell of Annapolis, Md.; a sister,
Shirley L. Walker of Norfolk; a brother, William Love of Norfolk; and two
grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Shiloh Baptist Church by the
Rev. John H. Foster. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Hale Funeral Home is
handling arrangements. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m. Friday.
Friends may join the family at the residence.
