Norfolk - Eloise R. Wheat, 91, passed away April 8, 2016. She is predeceased by 
her husband J. Richard Wheat and daughter Sandra Stranovsky. She is survived by 
her children; Barbara Phelps, Cindy Scheper, Michael and Richard Wheat, five 
grandchildren; David Phelps, Andrew and Sara Stranovsky, Cole and Landon Scheper, 
a sister, Norma Morrisette, and brother, Garland Russell. There will be a 
graveside memorial service on April 18, 11:00 am at the St. Mary's Catholic 
Cemetery located at 3000 Church St, Norfolk, VA 23504 Altmeyer Funeral Home, 
Southside is handling the arrangements. Condolences maybe offered to the family at 
www.altmeyerfh.com.
