Virginian Pilot August 30, 1963

Mrs. Margaret Lanigan Wheeler, 88, widow of Elmer F. Wheeler and daughter of 
Patrick and Mrs. Margaret Meehan Lanigan, died Thursday at 1:50 p.m. in her 
home, 238 Westover Ave.
She was a native of Culpeper and a resident of Norfolk most of her life. She was 
a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. 
Survivors include two sons, James Wheeler and Elmer Wheeler of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Sacred Heart 
Church for a funeral service Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited in the funeral apartments tonight at 8.
