Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - July 8, 1991

English-Cabelle "Pewee" Wheeler, 16, of the 3400 block of Colonial Ave., a 
student, died July 2, 1991.
English-Cabelle was born in Norfolk. He was a member of Mount Lebanon 
Missionary Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his mother, Hattie L. Wheeler of Goldsboro, N.C.; his 
father, Ernest L. Carlton of Norfolk; two sisters, Renee Wheeler and Sabrina 
Thomas, both of Goldsboro; two brothers, Derrick L. Wheeler and Marcus 
Wheeler, both of Goldsboro; maternal grandparents, Hattie and Willie Wheeler 
of Goldsboro; and paternal grandparents, Delores and George Hunter of 
Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Carlos A. Howard 
Funeral Home by the Rev. Kim Brown. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. 
Viewing will begin at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Friends may join 
the family at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home and other times at 
the home.
