He was a native of England but had been a well known resident of Norfolk for the past 51 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Mrs. A.W. Tada, Mrs. M.W. White, Mrs. R.A. Stamper and Miss Florence Whiley; three sons, Henry James, Walter A. and Lloyd G. Whiley; one brother, Walter Whiley, of Suffolk, England and 13 grandchildren, one of whom is Sister Mary James, of Richmond. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
