He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Catherine White and Mrs. Florence Simmons and a brother, Lloyd G. Whiley, all of Norfolk. The body was taken to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. ************************************************************************* WHILEY, WALTER A. – At a local hospital, Wednesday, July 28th, 1964, at 7:55 a.m., WALTER A., son of the late Henry James and Mrs. Anna Hickey Whiley, in the 70th year of his age. Remains will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, to Blessed Sacrament Church for services Friday at 10 a.m. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
