He was a son of Mrs. Annie E. Whillock of Norfolk and the late Rufus A. Whillock. A Norfolk native, he was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, a veteran of World War II and a sheet metal worker. Surviving, besides his mother, is a brother, Tommy A. Whillock of Norfolk; and two sisters, Mrs. Helen V. Giles of Norfolk and Mrs. Tommy M. Thompson of Houston, Tex. The Rosary will be recited Monday at 7:30 p.m. in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
