Baby Dennis L. Whitaker, son of Mrs. Jacqueline Whitaker of 877 Washington 
avenue, died at age nine months at a local hospital on March 25. He was buried 
March 27 at Mt. Olive Cemetery following last rites at Citizen’s Funeral 
Chapel. The Rev. Robert Body Jr. officiated.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one brother, William Dowell 
Whitaker.
