White died at her home, 404 Bute Street, yesterday morning, after an illness of three months, in the 39th year of her age. Mrs. White was a native of North Carolina, but had resided in Norfolk for fifteen years. She is survived by a daughter, Miss Eva B. Dixon, of Norfolk; two sons, T.L. Dixon and C.L. Dixon, both of Norfolk; a mother, Mrs. Melissa Wingfield of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. H. Beadles of Newport News, and a brother F.L. Wingfield of Richmond. The funeral will be held at the residence at 3 p.m. Wednesday, and will be conducted by Rev. E.P. Miner of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. The interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
