Virginian-Pilot December 18, 1919
Mrs. Minnie V. White, 57 years old, died at 1:15 o’clock yesterday afternoon at 
the family residence, 750 East Twenty-seventh street. The funeral will be 
conducted from the residence at 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment will be in 
St. Mary’s cemetery. Besides her husband, Miles T. White, she is survived by two 
daughters and four sons – Mrs. L. M. Commander, Miss Minnie E. White, Joseph F., 
N. F., L. F. and R. B. White, all of Norfolk. She also is survived by one sister, 
Mrs. Julia Dunn, and one brother, Albert Voltaire, both of Richmond.
