Norfolk Virginian Pilot June 29, 1945

Mrs. Louise Clara White, 42, wife of George Thomas White died at a local 
hospital last night at 8 o'clock. Besides her husband she is survived by a son, 
George Thomas White, Jr., USN overseas; a daughter, Miss Dorothy Louise White, 
of Portsmouth; four brothers and five sisters. The body was taken to the 
Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home.

WHITE, LOUISE CLARA - At a local hospital, Thursday night, June 28, 1945, at 8 
o'clock, LOUISE CLARA WHITE, wife of George Thomas White, in the 43rd year of 
her age. The body will be taken from the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home to the St. 
Mathew’s Catholic Church for funeral services MONDAY MORNING, July 2, 1945, at 
10 o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Burial will be in St. 
Mary’s Cemetery.
