Virginian Pilot March 20, 1973

Mrs. Alice Crump White, 76, of 406 Erich Road, the widow of Lewis R. White, died 
Monday in a hospital.
A native of New Kent County, she lived in this area 50 years.
She was a daughter of William E. and Mrs. Annie Spalding Crump.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
The body was sent to H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, where the Rosary 
will be recited tonight at 7:30.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Wednesday at 
10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.

WHITE, MRS. ALICE CRUMP - In a Richmond hospital, Monday, MRS. ALICE CRUMP 
WHITE, widow of Lewis R. White and the daughter of the late William E. and Mrs. 
Annie Spalding Crump, in the 76th year of her age. The body will be taken from 
H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a 
requiem mass to be celebrated Wednesday at 10 o’clock. Burial, St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
