Norfolk Virginian Pilot June 10, 1942

Harry Thomas White, aged 62, husband of Mrs. Irene Agnes White and son of the 
late John Thomas and Mrs. Mary Jones White, a native of Pocomoke City, Md. and a 
well known resident of Norfolk for the past 45 years, died Monday night at 11:30 
o'clock at a local hospital. Mr. White resided at 731 Westover Avenue.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Irene Agnes White, he is survived by one son, Harry P. 
White and a granddaughter, Miss Mary Thomas White, both of Richmond, Va.; two 
brothers, C.B. and G.C. White, both of Norfolk and a number of nieces and 
nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the residence Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. 
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
