He was a son of Joseph and Margaret Nocton White, a native of Philadelphia and lived here 38 years. He was a member of Berkley Aerie No. 795, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and was employed as a shipping clerk of the Wilson Corporation. Besides his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Allen Lane White, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Wilbert Cahoon, of Portlock and Mrs. Foster Reece and Miss Geraldine White, of South Norfolk; two sons, Nocton Allen White, of South Norfolk and Leon Paul Francis White, Jr., of Portsmouth; two brothers, Raymond White and William White, of Philadelphia and two grandchildren. The body was taken to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk, where services will be held today at 4 p.m. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
