NORFOLK - Clarence L. White, 60, of 1523 W. 43rd street., received a funeral 
service Sunday at Zion Light Christian Church. He died in a hospital on June 17.

The eulogy for the retired Norfolk Naval Base employee was delivered by the Rev. 
J.T. Jones. Interment was in Betty Jones Cemetery. Hale Funeral Home had charge 
of arrangements.

A native of Princess Anne County, Mr. White is survived by his father, Cary 
White; his wife, Mrs. Marion C. White; a stepdaughter, Miss Aloma Almond; three 
stepsons, William Leviah and Joseph Almond; and a sister, Mrs. Emma Beamon. All 
are Norfolkians.
