Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, August 25, 1993 
David L. ``Buddy'' White, 75, of the 1200 block of Cass St., died Aug. 23, 1993,
in a local hospital.

Mr. White was self-employed.

Survivors include one son, Alfred Smith of New York; two sisters, Elizabeth
Sessoms and Daisy McCoy, both of Norfolk; one brother, Johnnie White of Norfolk;
one sister-in-law, Catherine White of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and
friends.

A funeral service will be conducted in Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home Chapel,
Chesapeake, at 1 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Armstead Fisher. Interment will be in
Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk.
