Norfolk Virginian, January 12, 1887
DIED: WHITE - At the residence of her parents, 366 Church Street, on Tuesday 
January 11th, at 7 a.m., after a lingering illness, JANIE, daughter of Patrick 
and Elizabeth White, aged 23 years and six months.
Funeral will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church Thursday morning, January 
14th, at 10 o'clock. Friends and acquaintance invited to attend.

Coments: January 13, 1887, was a Thursday and the 14th was a Friday.
