The Norfolk Virginian Pilot August 29, 1943


Mrs. Ida Lee Williamson White, aged 59, wife of Cecil K. White, died at Hampton 
Hospital yesterday afternoon at 5:45 o’clock. Besides her husband she is 
survived by a daughter, Miss Angie Elizabeth White; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Vera 
Lee Wroton, and a sister, Mrs. Bessie Morris, all of Norfolk; two grandchildren 
and four nieces. Mrs. White was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Tuesday 
afternoon at 3:30 o’clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
