Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, November 4, 2000 
Troy L. Whitehead, 35, of the 500 block of Carolina Ave., died Nov. 1, 2000, at
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. He was a truck driver.

Survivors include his mother and father, Mary L. Whidbee and Howell L.
Whitehead, and a stepfather, Thomas C. Whidbee Sr.; a grandmother, Ruth Person,
all of Norfolk; two brothers, Thomas C. Whidbee Jr. of Saudi Arabia and Tremain
M. Whidbee of California; a sister, Tijuana Whitehead of Norfolk; a half-sister,
Crystal Moore of Hampton; two nieces; two nephews; a brother-in-law; four aunts;
three uncles; and a host of friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at New Life Worship Center, 37th
St. and Hampton Blvd., by Elder Melvin R. Munden. Family will gather at 625 W.
34th St. for the procession. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Graves Funeral
Home is in charge.
