Virginian Pilot Saturday November 2, 1907 

Emmett Linwood, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Whitehead, died at the home 
of his parents Thursday night, aged one month and two weeks. This is the second 
child - twins, Mr. and Mrs. Whitehead have lost by death in one week. The 
funeral will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon and will be conducted by Rev. 
E.E. Dudley.

The funeral of Emmett Linwood, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. R.L. Whitehead, 
was held from the residence of his parents, 123 Avenue A, Atlantic City Ward, at 
3 o'clock p.m. yesterday. The service was conducted by Rev. E.E. Dudley, of the 
Central Baptist Church. The remains were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery.
