Norfolk - Funeral services were held Saturday for Miss Ruth Whitehead, 51, of 305 
W. 28th street, at Hale Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. H. L. Long officiating. 
Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Miss Whitehead, a native of Norfolk, was the daughter of Thomas and Mrs. Mary P. 
Miller. She was a member of Queen Street Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother, James M. Whitehead.
