Miss Ella Morris Whitehurst, 79, daughter of James Wilson and Mrs. Elizabeth 
Morris Whitehurst, died early Sunday in Lydia Roper Home.

Miss Whitehurst was a lifelong resident of this area. She was a member of First 
Baptist Church.

She is survived by a brother, David Brooks Whitehurst of Blacksburg.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. E.I. Moshier of 
First Baptist Church.

Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
